摘 要:某核电机械设备的主体母材为Q265HR,存在由筋板与筋板组成的T型接头结构,由于该T型接头为主要受压焊缝,要求焊缝型式为全焊透焊缝,并且焊后需要进行体积检测,但受其所在位置空间结构所限,无法进行射线检测,且超声检测也无法完成标准要求的所有扫查方向的检测。本文通过对此类焊接接头的坡口设计、焊材选择、防变形控制和无损检测方法的分析研究,制定合适的工艺方案,确保此类接头的质量和可靠性。The main base material of a certain nuclear power mechanical equipment is Q265HR,which includes a T-joint structure composed of rib plates.Due to its primary role as a compression weld,the weld type is required to be a full penetration weld,and volumetric inspection is necessary after welding.However,due to the limited spatial structure of its location,it is impossible to perform radiographic testing,and ultrasonic testing cannot complete all scanning directions required by the standard.This paper analyzes and studies the groove design,welding material selection,deformation prevention control,and non-destructive testing methods for such welded joints,and formulates an appropriate process plan to ensure the quality and reliability of such joints.
