摘  要:压力容器相关标准上并没有对压力容器搭接焊缝的成形形状做具体规定,部分场合下常用结构形状的搭接焊缝有发生破坏的风险,通过对焊缝形状的优化设计,使焊缝与两侧母材都能平滑过渡,无尖锐的应力集中,且可保证最小截面尺寸不小于垫板的厚度,从而消除设备运行的安全隐患。There are no specific regulations on the forming shape of the lap welds of pressure vessels in the relevant standards for pressure vessels.In some cases,the lap welds with common structural shapes are at risk of being damaged.Through the optimized design of the weld shape,both the weld and the base metals on both sides can achieve a smooth transition,without sharp stress concentrations,and it can ensure that the minimum cross-sectional dimension is not less than the thickness of the backing plate,thus eliminating potential safety hazards in the operation of the equipment.
