摘　　要：阐述了无垫片焊接密封结构的由来以及在国内的推广应用情况,针对几起这种密封结构在国内应用中出现的密封失效问题,分析了密封元件—焊环在承受介质压力载荷时的受力状况,指出设计标准给定的螺栓载荷不能约束焊环受到介质压力载荷时产生径向位移是造成密封失效的主要原因,提出应该按照所述文献确定螺栓载荷,才能从根本上解决无垫片焊接密封结构的密封失效问题。This article elaborates on the origin of the gasket free welding sealing structure and its promotion and application in China,in response to several cases of sealing failure of this type of sealing structure in domestic applications,analyzed the stress condition of the sealing element welding ring under medium pressure load,it is pointed out that the bolt load given by the design standards cannot constrain the radial displacement of the welding ring when subjected to medium pressure load,it is the main cause of seal failure,it is suggested to determine the bolt load according to the literature mentioned,only then can we fundamentally solve the sealing failure problem of gasket free welded sealing structures.
