摘  要:目前绕管式换热器广泛应用于化工领域的深冷装置,如合成氨甲醇洗涤系统和空分设备的过冷器和液化器装置。绕管式换热器是一款高度紧凑的换热器,其设计结构形式复杂,造价成本高,换热管众多且层层交叉相互缠绕,介质进出口汇合的集合管端弯管密布,设计时运用不锈钢弯管弧度设计,来增加换热管与集合管之间的柔性连接,并起到调节和精准定位换热管的间距,同时设备在换热过程中产生热胀冷缩时,可有效的进行伸缩柔性补偿。本文简要介绍绕管式换热器制造工艺的特殊性以及如何进行制造和关键技术创新。At present,coiled tube heat exchangers are widely used in cryogenic devices in the chemical industry,such as subcoolers and liquefiers in synthetic ammonia methanol washing systems and air separation equipment.The coiled tube heat exchanger is a highly compact heat exchanger with a complex design structure and high cost.There are numerous heat exchange tubes that cross and intertwine layer by layer,and the collection pipe ends where the medium inlet and outlet converge are densely covered with bent pipes.The design uses stainless steel bent pipe curvature to increase the flexible connection between the heat exchange tubes and the collection pipe,and to adjust and accurately position the spacing between the heat exchange tubes.At the same time,when the equipment undergoes thermal expansion and contraction during the heat exchange process,it can effectively compensate for expansion and contraction flexibility.This article briefly introduces the particularity of the manufacturing process of coiled tube heat exchangers,as well as how to carry out manufacturing and key technological innovations.
