摘　　要：焊工操作技能考核是为了保证焊接产品质量对焊接操作人员技能水平的考核工作。由于各国的实际情况不同,相关的安全技术规范、标准有很多,例如我国特种设备安全技术规范TSG Z6002《特种设备焊接操作人员考核细则》、我国船级社《材料与焊接规范》第3篇第4章焊工资格考试、欧洲EN ISO 9606—1《焊工资格考试:熔焊》第一部分钢、ASME锅炉及压力容器规范第IX卷焊接评定篇第Ⅲ章焊接技能评定等。本文浅谈我国特种设备安全技术规范TSG Z6002《特种设备焊接操作人员考核细则》意见稿(以下简称为:《焊考细则》意见稿)和欧洲EN ISO 9606-1《焊工资格考试:熔焊》第一部分钢(以下简称为:ISO 9606)就手工对接焊缝技能考核进行对比分析。Welder operation skill assessment is to ensure the quality of welding products on the welding personnel skill level assessment work.Due to the actual situation of different countries,there are many relevant safety technical specifications and standards.For example,China's special equipment safety technical specification TSG Z60022"Examination Rules for Welding Operators of Special Equipment",China's classification society"Materials and Welding Code"chapter 3,chapter 4 welder qualification examination,European standard EN ISO 9606-1"Qualification Testing of Welders:Fusion Welding"the first part of steel ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Volume Ⅸ Welding Assessment Chapter Ⅱ welding skills assessment,etc.This paper discusses the draft of special equipment safety technical specification TSG Z6002"Examination Rules for Welding Operators of Special Equipment"(hereinafter referred to as:":Welding Examination Rules")and the European standard EN ISO 9606-1"Qualification Testing of Welders:Fusion Welding"tthe first part of steel(hereinafter referred to as:ISO 9606)comparative analysis of manual butt weld skills assessment.
