摘 要:随着光纤通信技术的不断发展,铁路信号设备间的远距离传输采用了光缆传输方式代替传统的电缆传输方式。部分信号设备间传输光缆划归由铁路电务部门维护,而电务部门的工作重点在于铁路信号设备的运营维护,其中普遍存在光缆故障点定位困难、缺乏预警、信息化管理缺失等光缆维护手段不足的情况。以京张高铁铁路信号光缆增设在线监测系统项目为依托,结合京张高铁信号光缆现场使用情况及相关运营维护需求,对铁路信号光缆在线监测系统设计方案进行研究,实现各车站对铁路信号光缆的实时在线监测,并利用既有CSM通道满足电务部门的管理功能,以提升信号光缆维护手段及能力。With the continuous development of fiber optic communication technology,long-distance transmission between railway signal equipment has adopted optical cable transmission instead of traditional cable transmission.The transmission optical cables between some signal equipment are assigned to be maintained by the railway electrical department,and the focus of the electrical department’s work is on the operation and maintenance of railway signal equipment.Among them,there are generally problems such as difficulty in locating fiber optic cable fault points,lack of warning,and insufficient information management methods for fiber optic cable maintenance.Based on the project of adding an online monitoring system to the signal optical cable of the Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway,combined with the on-site use of the signal optical cable of the Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway and related operation and maintenance needs,a design scheme for the online monitoring system of the railway signal optical cable is studied to achieve real-time online monitoring of the railway signal optical cable at each station,and to use the existing CSM channel to meet the management functions of the electrical department,in order to improve the maintenance methods and capabilities of the signal optical cable.
