摘 要:预应力连续箱梁底板开裂问题对桥梁结构的安全性造成了严重威胁,其成因较为复杂,主要包括预应力不足、混凝土收缩过大、温差梯度作用等。针对以上问题,提出优化预应力布置、采用低收缩混凝土、设置温度筋、加强早期洒水养护及严控支架下沉量等一系列解决措施。研究表明,相关对策能有效增强底板的抗裂性能,为预应力连续箱梁结构的质量管控提供实践指导。The cracking problem of the bottom plate of prestressed continuous box girders poses a serious threat to the safety of bridge structures.Its causes are relatively complex,mainly including insufficient prestress,excessive concrete shrinkage,and temperature difference gradient effects.In response to the above problems,this article will propose a series of solutions,such as optimizing the prestress layout,using low-shrinkage concrete,setting temperature-resistant steel bars,strengthening early-stage sprinkler curing,and strictly controlling the settlement of the support.The research shows that the relevant countermeasures can effectively enhance the crack-resistance performance of the bottom plate and provide practical guidance for the quality control of prestressed continuous box girder structures.
