摘  要:以京台高速公路改扩建工程为例,针对改扩建公路桥台台背沉降控制难题,为解决既有加固技术存在的施工效率低、成本高及工艺复杂等问题,研究了老路台背注浆加固技术的工程特性,并论述了老路台背注浆加固技术施工工艺。研究结果表明:采用老路台背注浆加固技术,浆液在渗透-压密-胶结三重作用下重构土体结构,提升了新老路基整体性,并在控制差异沉降方面具有显著优势。该研究为改扩建工程提供了经济高效的解决方案,对同类型项目具有一定参考价值。Taking the reconstruction and expansion project of the Beijing-Taipei Expressway as an example,aiming at the difficult problem of settlement control of the abutment back in highway reconstruction and expansion projects,and to solve the problems of low construction efficiency,high cost and complex technology existing in the existing reinforcement technologies,the engineering characteristics of the grouting reinforcement technology for the abutment back of existing roads were studied,and the construction technology of the grouting reinforcement technology for the abutment back of existing roads was discussed.The results show that by using the grouting reinforcement technology for the abutment back of existing roads,the slurry reconstructs the soil structure under the triple action of infiltration-compaction-cementation,improves the integrity of the new and old roadbeds,and has significant advantages in controlling differential settlement.This research provides an economical and efficient solution for reconstruction and expansion projects and has certain reference value for similar projects.
