戈壁滩钻孔灌注桩高效施工工艺探究

摘　　要：在戈壁滩环境中为了加快施工进度,确保项目效益,在桩基的施工过程中结合实际情况,通过对桩基施工工艺的探究与优化,如期完成了业主下达的项目相关节点目标,确保了桩基施工的效益目标。经过项目施工中的探究与实践,对比在不同地层中成孔工艺工法,总结出了在戈壁滩环境中,旋挖钻在钻孔灌注桩施工过程中的高效施工工艺,为后续项目的施工奠定了良好的基础,希望能给后续参加支援新疆建设的同仁们提供建议及参考。In the Gobi desert environment,in order to accelerate the construction progress and ensure the project benefits,during the construction of pile foundations,in combination with the actual situation,through the exploration and optimization of pile foundation construction technology,the relevant node objectives of the project issued by the employer were completed on schedule,ensuring the benefit objectives of pile foundation construction.Through the exploration and practice in the project construction,by comparing the hole-forming technology and methods in different strata,a high-efficiency construction technology for bored piles using rotary drilling rigs in the Gobi desert environment was summarized,laying a good foundation for the construction of subsequent projects.It is hoped that this can provide suggestions and references for colleagues who will participate in the construction support in Xinjiang in the future.
