摘 要:为了解决市政隧道工程中设计信息交流不畅、数据重用率低等问题,通过在上海轨道交通14号线陆家嘴站-浦东南路站区间隧道工程中应用BIM技术,实现同步施工模拟、碰撞检查、管线搬迁模拟优化及道路翻交模拟、监测数值与施工模型结合及信息数据系统可视化管理。研究结果表明,BIM技术有效提高了施工效率,优化了施工流程,降低了施工风险。BIM技术将推动建筑业转型,深入研究并将其应用于工程项目管理全寿命周期是重要课题。The aim of this study is to address the issues of poor communication of design information and low data reuse rate in municipal tunnel engineering.By applying BIM technology in the tunnel project between Lujiazui Station and Pudong South Road Station on Shanghai Metro Line 14,synchronous construction simulation,collision inspection,pipeline relocation simulation optimization,road overturning simulation,monitoring numerical values combined with construction models,and information data system visualization management can be achieved.The results indicate that BIM technology effectively improves construction efficiency,optimizes construction processes,and reduces construction risks.This article believes that BIM technology will promote the transformation of the construction industry,and in-depth research and application of it to the entire life cycle of engineering project management is an important topic.
