摘 要:针对海上风电基础厚壁管桩焊缝在焊接过程中易产生裂纹、未熔合等问题,提出了一种优化的无损检测技术方案。基于常规磁粉检测和超声检测方法的不足,引入了交叉磁轭法和飞行时间衍射超声检测(time offlight diffraction,TOFD)相结合的工艺,改进了检测流程。经过实际检测试验对比,对优化方案的效率、精度以及可靠性进行评估,并与传统方法进行对比分析,结果表明,优化后的检测方案显著提高了检测速度,减少了漏检风险,满足了厚壁焊缝的高标准检测需求。该研究为海上风电厚壁管桩焊缝无损检测提供了技术支持与实践依据。Aiming at the problems of cracks and incomplete fusion prone to occur in the welding process of thick-wall pipe pile welds for offshore wind power foundations,this paper proposes an optimized non-destructive testing(NDT)technical solution.Based on the limitations of conventional magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing methods,a combined process of cross-magnetic yoke method and time of flight diffraction(TOFD)ultrasonic testing is introduced,and an improved testing procedure is designed.Through actual detection tests and comparisons,the efficiency,accuracy,and reliability of the optimized solution are evaluated and compared with traditional methods.The results show that the optimized testing scheme significantly improves testing speed,reduces the risk of missed detection,and meets the high-standard testing requirements for thick-wall welds.This research provides technical support and practical basis for NDT of thick-wall pipe pile welds in offshore wind power.
