摘 要:台州站在玻璃幕墙施工过程中,考虑到正立面高大幕墙仅由两个节点进行连接,幕墙抗风柱的节点单一、部分节点设计不合理,不足以满足安全稳定性要求。针对幕墙抗风柱节点进行了优化设计,对现有节点的结构进行了详细分析,识别出导致稳定性不足的主要因素。通过改进节点连接方式,增强了节点的承载能力和抗风性能,确保了节点在复杂应力条件下的稳定性。采用有限元分析软件对优化后的节点模型进行模拟验算,结果表明,优化后的节点值显著降低,满足安全标准,解决了幕墙抗风柱节点稳定性不足的问题,保证了玻璃幕墙施工的安全性。During the construction of the glass curtain wall of Taizhou Station,considering that the high-rise curtain wall on the front facade is only connected by two nodes,the nodes of the curtain wall wind-resistant columns are single and the design of some nodes is unreasonable,which is not sufficient to meet the requirements of safety and stability.An optimized design is carried out for the nodes of the curtain wall wind-resistant columns.First,the structure of the existing nodes is analyzed in detail,and the main factors leading to insufficient stability are identified.By improving the node connection method,the bearing capacity and wind-resistant performance of the nodes are enhanced,and the stability of the nodes under complex stress conditions is ensured.The optimized node model is simulated and checked by finite element analysis software.The results show that the optimized node values are significantly reduced,meeting the safety standards,solving the problem of insufficient stability of the nodes of the curtain wall wind-resistant columns and ensuring the safety of the glass curtain wall construction.
