长治太行山大峡谷旅游轨道规划方案研究

摘　　要：长治太行山大峡谷旅游轨道项目作为长治市全域旅游规划的重点项目,拟利用基本处于闲置状态的西安里铁路进行旅游化及客运化改造,开行长治市区至太行山大峡谷景区的旅游列车。长治“旅游+交通”的示范性项目,一方面可实现闲置铁路资产的盘活,另一方面可实现太行山大峡谷景区的品质提升。因此,有必要对长治太行山大峡谷旅游轨道规划方案开展研究。通过对项目客流预测、系统制式选择、轨道方案、建设时机、旅游配套等方面进行研究,形成了旅游轨道规划方案,可为国内其他旅游城市及景区景点提供新的发展思路和借鉴。The tourism rail project in Changzhi Taihang Grand Canyon,as a key project in the overall tourism planning of Changzhi City,intends to transform the basically idle Xiali Railway for tourism and passenger transportation purposes.It will operate tourist trains from Changzhi urban area to the Taihang Grand Canyon Scenic Area,aiming to create a demonstration project of"tourism+transportation"in Changzhi.On one hand,it can revitalize the idle railway assets;on the other hand,it can enhance the quality of the Taihang Grand Canyon Scenic Area.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the tourism rail planning scheme for Changzhi Taihang Grand Canyon.Through research on aspects such as project passenger flow prediction,system type selection,rail plan,construction timing,and tourism supporting facilities,a tourism rail planning scheme is formed,which can provide new development ideas and references for other tourist cities and scenic spots in China.
