摘 要:石油化工大型燃气轮机设备施工项目技术复杂、投资巨大、风险程度高,在施工管理过程中面临着项目环境约束多、参与方协调难度大、质量安全风险高等问题。针对这些问题,从影响因素分析入手,构建了包含施工准备、实施和调试验收的全过程管控机制,提出了项目进度与资源配置优化、质量与安全管控体系完善、信息流转与协同管理改进等优化路径。通过实施这些管理措施,可有效提升项目管理水平,确保施工项目高质量完成。The construction projects of large-scale gas turbine equipment in petrochemical industry are characterized by complex technology,huge investment and high risk.During the construction management process,there are problems such as many project environment constraints,great difficulty in coordinating among participants,and high quality and safety risks.Aiming at these problems,starting from the analysis of influencing factors,this paper constructs a whole-process control mechanism including construction preparation,implementation,commissioning and acceptance,and proposes optimization paths such as the optimization of project progress and resource allocation,the improvement of quality and safety control systems,and the improvement of information flow and collaborative management.By implementing these management measures,the project management level can be effectively improved,and the high-quality completion of construction projects can be ensured,providing a reference for the implementation of similar projects.
