摘　　要：电力工程造价管理过程中存在的问题包括项目投标模糊、限额设计无效、管理体制不科学、造价分析不合理、招标环节不公平、项目合同内容存在漏洞等方面。为了解决这些问题,可以采取一系列优化策略,包括提升信息化水平、加强合同管理与风险控制,以及优化供应链管理等。结合电力工程项目实例,通过分析和讨论这些问题和策略,可以提高电力工程造价管理的水平和效果,进而促进项目的顺利进行和可持续发展。Problems existing in the process of power engineering cost management include challenges such as vague project bidding,ineffective design within limits,unscientific management system,unreasonable cost analysis,unfair bidding process,and loopholes in project contracts.To solve these problems,a series of optimization strategies can be adopted,including improving the informatization level,strengthening contract management and risk control,and optimizing supply chain management.This paper combines practical examples of power engineering projects.Through the analysis and discussion of these problems and strategies,the level and effectiveness of power engineering cost management can be improved,thus promoting the smooth progress and sustainable development of projects.
