摘 要:以陕西省某超高层建筑项目为研究对象,该建筑为钢筋混凝土结构,抗震7级,室内墙体及承重墙采用蒸压加气混凝土砌块。此砌块具有质量轻、保温隔热、防火等特性。研究详细阐述了其施工流程及关键技术。同时,从材料质量、施工过程、质量评估等方面介绍了施工质量控制措施。研究表明,蒸压加气混凝土砌块符合环保节能需求,优化施工技术可提高施工速度与建筑质量,可在超高层建筑领域发挥较大作用。Taking a super high-rise building project in Shaanxi Province as the research object,the building is a reinforced concrete structure with seismic resistance level 7.The indoor walls and load-bearing walls are made of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks.This block has the characteristics of light weight,thermal insulation,and fire resistance.The study elaborated on its construction process and key technologies in detail.At the same time,construction quality control measures were introduced from the aspects of material quality,construction process,and quality evaluation.Research has shown that autoclaved aerated concrete blocks meet the requirements of environmental protection and energy conservation.Optimizing construction techniques can improve construction speed and building quality,and can play a significant role in the field of super high-rise buildings.
