世博中心综合楼(酒店)项目改造加固设计

摘　　要：世博中心综合楼(酒店)项目位于世博中心综合楼西侧,地上10层,地下2层,建筑高度39.75m。在世博中心纯地库范围加建酒店裙房部分,裙房2层(局部4层),裙房大屋面结构标高15.700m。世博中心于2010年竣工并通过验收,2021年对西侧地块进行酒店项目扩建进行设计。以“安全、经济、实用”原则进行改造,酒店塔楼采用钢框架–中心支撑结构体系,裙房采用钢框架结构,裙房钢柱大部分落位于原地库框架柱上,钢柱柱底采用铰接形式,仅传递竖向力及水平力。通过对世博中心地下室进行加固后,能满足扩建后的使用要求。The Expo Center Complex Building(hotel)project is located in the west side of the Expo Center complex building,10 floors above ground,2 floors underground,the building height of 39.75 meters.In the scope of the Expo center,the second floor of the podium(partial 4 floors),and the elevation of the large roof structure of the podium is 15.700 meters.The Expo Center was completed and accepted in 2010,and the hotel project expansion was designed in 2021.Under the principle of"safety,economy and practical",the hotel tower adopts steel framecenter support structure system,the podium adopts steel frame structure,most of the steel columns of the podium fall on the frame column of the original warehouse,and the bottom of the steel column adopts hingated form,only transferring vertical force and horizontal force.After strengthening the basement of the Expo Center,it can meet the use requirements after the expansion.
