用于高层建筑女儿墙、临边反坎施工的反坎台车施工技术

摘　　要：以深圳科技馆(新馆)项目钢结构外边缘上方女儿墙、幕墙临边反坎施工为研究对象,采用成品定制反坎台车取代传统搭设脚手架的方式进行女儿墙、反坎施工,减少架体的材料、搭设及拆除费用,减少人工的使用,具有使用方便,周转率高等优点,提高了女儿墙、反坎施工的施工效率。通过使用Solidworks Simulation软件对反坎台车在正常使用情况下的受力、稳定性和抗倾覆进行复核验算,经过计算,台车受力、稳定性和抗倾覆能力可满足要求。通过反坎台车安全稳定的使用,获得各单位较好的评价,在同类工程中具有较高的推广价值。This study takes the construction of the parapet wall and curtain wall near the edge of the steel structure of the Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum(New Building)project as the research object.A customized parapet trolley is used to replace the traditional scaffolding method for parapet wall and parapet wall construction,reducing the cost of materials,erection and dismantling of the scaffolding,and reducing the use of labor.It has the advantages of convenient use,high turnover rate,and improves the construction efficiency of parapet wall and parapet wall construction.Through the use of Solidworks Simulation software,the stress,stability,and anti overturning ability of the anti overturning trolley under normal use were rechecked and verified.After calculation,the stress,stability,and anti overturning ability of the trolley can meet the requirements.Through the safe and stable use of the anti rolling cart,it has received good evaluations from various units and has high promotional value in similar projects.
