摘 要:为满足主体结构施工脚手架基础设置场地受限条件下,侧墙及板整体浇筑的实际施工需求,保证施工安全可控,通过调整常规悬挑式脚手架悬挑主梁和连墙件设置方式,研究了一种新式的悬挑式作业脚手架。该悬挑脚手架在结构底板预埋工字钢作为悬挑主梁,上部搭设承插盘扣式脚手架,利用钢管连接架体侧面与工字钢,作为架体侧向支撑构件。经强度、挠度、稳定性理论验算表明,该悬挑脚手架架体安全稳固,可形成可靠的作业平台,可为类似工况主体结构施工架体搭设提供参考。In order to meet the actual construction requirements of side wall and panel as a whole under the limited setting site of scaffold foundation,and ensure the construction safety and control,this paper studies a new type of cantilever scaffold by adjusting the setting mode of the suspended main beam and wall connecting parts of the conventional suspended scaffold.The cantilever joist is embedded in the bottom plate as the cantilever main beam,and the upper part of the disk lock steel tubular scaffold is set up.The side of the frame and the I-steel are connected by steel pipes as the lateral supporting members of the frame.The strength,deflection and stability calculation show that the cantilever scaffold is safe and stable,and can form a reliable working platform,which can provide reference for the construction frame of the main structure in similar working conditions.
