摘 要:针对大面积整体地下室防渗难题,本研究以林邑项目施工经验为例,对地下室防渗施工进行相关研究和分析,结合实际情况确定防渗施工工艺。在地下室侧墙及顶板采用SBS弹性体改性沥青防水卷材,结合水泥基双组分弹性防水涂料为地下室构筑了多层次的防渗体系,以保证防渗施工效果,同时加强施工质量控制与后期维护管理,确保地下室防渗工程的稳定性与可靠性,可为同类工程提供参考。In response to the problem of anti-seepage in large-scale integrated basements,this study takes the construction experience of the Linyi project as an example to conduct relevant research and analysis on basement anti-seepage construction.Based on the actual situation,the anti-seepage construction process is determined.SBS elastic modified asphalt waterproof rolls are used on the basement side walls and roof,combined with cementbased two-component elastic waterproof coatings to construct a multi-level anti-seepage system for the basement,maximizing the anti-seepage construction effect.At the same time,construction quality control and post maintenance management are strengthened to ensure the stability and reliability of basement anti-seepage projects,which can provide reference for similar projects.
