摘  要:以兴延高速石峡隧道施工为例,针对初期支护变形侵限重复换拱施工进行探索,采取超前管棚注浆超前支护,增加二次衬砌空间,采取一次柔性支护、纵向钢架适当释放应力,自进式锚杆和二次刚性支护共同受力,形成围岩和刚柔性支护共同形成受力体系,成功解决了大断面高应力软弱围岩初期支护变形侵限难题,详细介绍了大断面高应力软弱围岩隧道初期支护的施工要点及注意事项,对以后类似工程施工起到一定借鉴作用。Taking the construction of Shixia Tunnel on Xingyan Expressway as an example,this paper explores the repeated arch replacement construction for initial support deformation and intrusion limit.Advanced pipe shed grouting and advanced support are adopted to increase the space for secondary initial support.Primary flexible support and longitudinal steel frame are used to release stress appropriately.Self advancing anchor rods and secondary rigid support are jointly stressed,forming a stress system for surrounding rock and rigid flexible support.The problem of initial support deformation and intrusion limit in large section high stress weak surrounding rock has been successfully solved.The construction points and precautions for initial support in large section high stress weak surrounding rock tunnels are introduced in detail,which can provide certain reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
