摘  要:为探讨被动式住宅外墙保温施工技术要点,提高施工企业的技术应用效果。研究结合锐拓奥园(1号院)工程,重点阐述了被动房外墙保温粘贴、锚栓及托件安装、窗和穿墙管道节点处理措施等施工要点。项目应用科学的外墙保温施工技术后,项目的外墙具有较高的保温节能效果。外保温施工过程中存在大量的断热桥施工,需进行严格控制以达到被动房节能要求,做好各环节技术控制能够最大化提升外墙结构的节能效果。In order to explore the key points of passive residential exterior wall insulation construction technology and improve the technical application effect of construction enterprises.This article focuses on the construction points of passive room exterior wall insulation pasting,anchor bolt and bracket installation,window and through wall pipeline node treatment measures,combined with the Ruituo Aoyuan(No.1 Courtyard)project.After applying scientific exterior wall insulation construction technology,the exterior walls of the project have a high insulation and energy-saving effect.There are a large number of thermal insulation bridge constructions during the external insulation construction process,which need to be strictly controlled to meet the energy-saving requirements of passive rooms.Proper technical control in each link can maximize the energy-saving effect of the external wall structure.
