摘  要:本项目裙楼位于地铁隧道上方,工程桩位邻近地铁隧道,桩基采用旋挖灌注桩,结构基础采用桩筏基础。为减少桩基施工过程对地铁隧道造成扰动,工程桩拟采用旋挖式全程钢套筒钻孔灌注桩施工工艺(即全套管全回转钻孔工艺)。裙楼工程桩主要位于正在运行地铁隧道的上行线和下行线左右侧。采用常规旋挖钻机进行桩基钻孔施工过程,易出现塌孔,且产生较大地层振动等,对地铁隧道产生不利影响,同时常规旋挖桩基施工产生较多泥浆,极易造成地铁隧道出现渗漏情况。全套管全回转工艺成孔的垂直精度高,可有效防止施工过程中桩倾斜严重造成地铁隧道变形。The podium of this project is located above the subway tunnel,and the engineering pile position is adjacent to the subway tunnel.The pile foundation adopts rotary excavation cast-in-place piles,and the structural foundation adopts pile raft foundation.In order to reduce the disturbance caused by the pile foundation construction process to the subway tunnel,the engineering pile is planned to adopt the construction technology of rotary excavation full steel sleeve drilling and grouting pile(full sleeve full rotation drilling technology).The podium construction piles are mainly located on the left and right sides of the up and down lines of the running subway tunnel.The use of conventional rotary drilling machines for pile foundation drilling is prone to hole collapse and significant geological vibrations,which have adverse effects on subway tunnels.At the same time,conventional rotary drilling pile foundation construction produces a lot of mud,which can easily cause leakage in subway tunnels.The vertical accuracy of the hole formed by the full casing and full rotation process is high,which can effectively prevent the deformation of the subway tunnel caused by severe pile inclination during the construction process.
