摘　　要：本研究系统探讨了LNG储罐外罐墙体施工工艺应用,并详细分析了各施工环节中的质量控制策略及其效果。为确保施工精度和质量,研究结合了多种先进技术手段,对模板控制、混凝土浇筑、钢筋绑扎与焊接等关键环节进行了全方位的监控和优化。研究结果表明,该方法不仅显著提高了施工效率,还有效保证了墙体的结构安全性、耐久性和抗渗性。This study systematically explores the application of construction technology for the outer tank wall of LNG storage tanks,and analyzes in detail the quality control strategies and their effects in each construction process.In order to ensure construction accuracy and quality,various advanced technological means have been studied and combined to comprehensively monitor and optimize key links such as formwork control,concrete pouring,steel bar binding and welding.The research results indicate that this method not only significantly improves construction efficiency,but also effectively ensures the structural safety,durability,and impermeability of the wall.
