摘 要:大跨度钢结构工程施工中,由于构件本身跨径大、自重大,导致构件安装质量控制难度大,因此需要对吊装及吊耳进行验算,避免吊装过程中吊装力矩过大、吊耳的应力分布不均等造成的施工质量安全事故。以保定某大跨度体育场馆为例,运用有限元软件ABAQUS6.14、MidasGen2021进行建模及验算分析,验算结果表明吊耳的强度、刚度,与吊装的杆件应力比均满足施工要求。In the construction of long-span steel structure projects,due to the large span and heavy weight of the components,as well as the difficulty in controlling installation quality,it is necessary to verify the lifting and lifting lug design to avoid construction safety accidents caused by excessive lifting moments and uneven stress distribution on the lifting lugs during the lifting process.This paper takes a large-span sports venue in Baoding as a case study,using finite element software ABAQUS 6.14 and Midas Gen 2021 for modeling and verification analysis.The results of the verification show that the strength,stiffness of the lifting lugs,and the stress ratio of the lifting members all meet the construction requirements.
