摘　　要：BIM技术是从一种专业软件到平台的综合使用,是建筑工程信息化管理的重要趋势。以北京环球主题公园度假区景观水系工程项目的实际应用情况为例,基于业主方角度,运用BIM技术辅助项目管理,通过辅助设计优化、碰撞检查与优化、工程量统计及验证、数字化协同管理平台使用等BIM技术的应用,探讨了BIM技术在景观水系类项目的运用,同时探索如何利用BIM技术实现项目信息化管理。BIM technology is a comprehensive use from a professional software to a platform,and is an important trend in construction engineering information management.This article takes the actual application of landscape water system engineering projects in Beijing Universal Theme Park Resort as an example,and based on the perspective of the owner,uses BIM technology to assist project management.Through the application of BIM technology such as auxiliary design optimization,collision inspection and optimization,engineering quantity statistics and verification,and the use of digital collaborative management platform,it discusses the application of BIM technology in landscape water system projects,At the same time,explore how to use BIM technology to achieve project information management.
