摘 要:某体育场为钢屋盖结构,上部采用索承网格结构,由立面环向梁、张弦梁、系杆、径环向拉索组成屋盖网格,V形柱与张弦梁端部相连。根据施工现场条件,钢桁架屋盖拟采用地面散拼、分段吊装的方式进行安装,采用各临时支撑点逐级卸载的方式进行卸载。文章采用midas GEN有限元分析软件建立钢桁架屋盖分析模型,对结构安装进行施工过程模拟分析。通过模拟分析结果,制订合理的施工方案,确定施工过程中关键控制因素,保障施工安全。The steel roof structure of a certain sports stadium is supported by a cable-braced grid system,with the roof grid mainly composed of vertical tension members,such as cantilever beams and hoops,and lateral and radial bracing members,including tension cables.The cantilever beams are connected to V-shaped columns at their ends.According to the on-site conditions,the steel truss roof is planned to be installed using a ground assembly and segmented lifting method.The unloading process will be carried out using temporary support points in a gradual manner.The article uses the Midas Gen finite element analysis software to establish an analysis model of the steel truss roof and simulate the installation process.Through the simulation analysis results,a reasonable construction scheme is formulated,the key control factors during construction are determined,and construction safety is guaranteed.
