高海拔板岩公路隧道多次塌方冒顶的处治与反思

摘  要:结合高海拔板岩隧道多次塌方冒顶情况,分析了塌方冒顶的原因及5次塌方处治案例,在此基础上对塌方冒顶处治进行反思。结果表明:塌方段地层易过水、板岩岩体破碎裂隙发育遇水严重劣化、施工时围岩扰动大且支护强度不足是造成隧道塌方冒顶的主要原因。塌腔内长期富水未处理、地表塌陷回填混凝土和超前支护及注浆效果不佳是处治多次失败的主要原因。处治前注意尽早处理地表塌陷、完成塌体排水和探测塌方情况。处治时,使用正确的超前注浆方式并检查注浆效果和采用合适的超前支护手段能有效加固塌体。塌方处治中存在地质情况认识不足、整治措施不当及施工管理不到位等问题。Combined with the situation of high altitude slate tunnel,the causes of the roof and five landslide treatment cases are analyzed to reflect on the treatment of the roof.The results show that the serious deterioration of the broken rock mass in the collapse section,the large disturbance of the surrounding rock and the insufficient supporting strength are the main causes of the tunnel collapse.Long-term water enrichment in the collapse cavity,surface subsidence concrete,backfill concrete and poor advance support and grouting effect are the main reasons for the failure of treatment.Pay attention to the surface collapse as soon as possible,collapse drainage and collapse detection before treatment.When treated,use the correct advance grouting method and check the grouting effect and use the appropriate advanced support means can effectively reinforce the collapse body.There are some problems,such as insufficient understanding of geological conditions,improper remediation measures and inadequate construction management.
