10000型全方位定向钻机钻进机构的设计与分析

摘  要:针对煤矿井下现有4500D/6500D型整体式全方位定向钻机水平开孔高度受限、外形尺寸较大导致应用场合受限,以及4500DS/6500DS型分体式定向钻机施工倾角无法满足全倾角钻孔施工要求的现状,研发了10000型高开孔、全方位、全倾角分体式定向钻机钻进机构。以定向钻杆施工1 000m深度为条件,对钻进模块进行静力学分析,发现随着施工角度的增大,需要的起拔力逐渐增大,且当施工角度达到73°时,起拔力达到最大值,此时φ89 mm钻杆所需起拔力约为345.40 kN,φ73 mm钻杆所需起拔力约为234.36 kN;而后随着施工角度的进一步增大,起拔力逐渐减小。基于此,对机架进行优化设计,实现了倾角与方位角在±90°范围内调整,实现了全方位施工。为确保钻机的结构强度和施工稳定性,对推进机构在各个施工角度下的应力情况进行仿真分析。结果表明,钻机的设计满足施工要求,性能优异且可靠性高。In response to the limited horizontal opening height and the large external dimension of the 4500D/6500D integral omnidirectional directional drilling rig in coal mines resulting in its limited application,as well as the inability of the 4500DS/6500DS split directional drilling rig to meet the requirements of full angle drlling construction,the drilling mechanism of the 10000 high opening,omnidirectional and all-dip angle split directional drlling rig was developed.The static analysis of the drilling module was carried out under the condition that the directional drill pipe was constructed at a depth of 1000 m.It was found that the required pulling force increased gradually with the increase of the construction angle,and when the construction angle reached 73°,the pulling force reached the maximum value.At this time,the pulling force required for theμ89 mm drill pipe was about 345.40 kN,and the pulling force required for theβ73 mm drill pipe was about 234.36 kN.Then,with the further increase of the construction angle,the pulling force gradually decreased.Based on this,the optimization design of the frame was carried out,and the inclination angle and azimuth angle were adjusted within the range of±90°,so that the omnidirectional construction was realized.In order to ensure the structural strength and construction stability of the drilling rig,the stress of the propulsion mechanism at various construction angles was simulated and analyzed.The results showed that the design of the drilling rig met the construction requirements wiht excellent performance and high reliability.
