摘 要:针对传统高锰钢铸件耐磨性能较差,屈服强度较低等问题,笔者研究了V-Ti合金化处理对高锰钢组织及其冲击磨损性能的影响。利用MLD-20C动载实验机,在4 J载荷下,对V-Ti高锰钢的冲击磨粒磨损行为进行研究,分析V-Ti高锰钢的组织、力学性能、磨损形貌及磨损亚表面梯度硬度变化。V、Ti元素的添加,细化了V-Ti高锰钢的奥氏体晶粒,改变了V-Ti高锰钢中析出相的分布状态和形貌特征,使析出物弥散分布于奥氏体基体内,同时减小了第二相的尺寸。经过V-Ti合金化处理的V-Ti高锰钢屈服强度、冲击韧性分别达到402 MPa、171 J/cm~2;经过60 min冲击磨损后,V-Ti高锰钢硬化层厚度达500μm。V-Ti合金化处理有效提高了V-Ti高锰钢的力学性能,具有良好的强韧性能,提升了高锰钢抵抗冲击磨损的能力。Aiming at the problems of poor wear resistance and low yield strength of traditional high manganese steel castings,the effect of V-Ti alloying treatment on the microstructure and impact wear properties of the high manganese steel was studied.Then the impact abrasive wear behavior of V-Ti high manganese steel was studied by dynamic load test machine MLD-20C under 4 J load to analyze the microstructure,mechanical properties,wear morphology and wear subsurface gradient hardness of V-Ti high manganese steel.The addition of V and Ti elements refined the austenite grains of V-Ti high manganese steel,changed the distribution and morphology of precipitates in V-Ti high manganese steel,and made the precipitates disperse in the austenite matrix,while reducing the size of the second phase.The yield strength and impact toughness of V-Ti high manganese steel after V-Ti alloying treatment reached 402 MPa and 171 J/cm²,respectively.After 60 min impact wear,the thickness of the hardened layer of V-Ti high manganese steel reached 500μm.The V-Ti alloying treatment effectively improved the mechanical properties of V-Ti high manganese steel,with good strength and toughness,and improved the ability of high manganese steel to resist impact wear.
