摘  要:在长距离煤巷掘进期间,随着巷道延伸,可能出现局部通风机供风量不足,不能满足巷道正常降尘、稀释排放瓦斯、散热降温等问题。通过构建局部通风智能调控系统,利用传感器实时监测异常信息和敏感数据,通过局部通风机自动变频,实现巷道供风量的调控。智能控制系统经过隐患排查,从人、机、环、管等几方面具体罗列通风系统“体检式清单”,细化可能造成通风系统故障,影响系统稳定性的主要因素,构建健康稳定性评估体系,以更加直观方式查找系统问题产生的原因,制定针对性防范和补足措施,从而提高巷道供需风配比,服务巷道快速掘进。During the excavation of long-distance coal roadway,with the extension of the roadway,there might be insufficient air supply form the local fan,which could not meet the requirement of regular dust reduction,dilution and discharge of gas,and heat dissipation and cooling for the roadway.By constructing the intelligent control system of the local ventilation,the sensor was used to monitor the abnormal information and sensitive data in real time,and the automatic frequency conversion of the local fan was used to realize the regulation of the air supply volume for the roadway.Then,through the investigation of hidden dangers,the intelligent control system listed the physical examination style list"'of the ventilation system from the aspects of human,machine,environment and pipe to refine the main factors that might cause the failure of the ventilation system and affected the stability of the system,constructed the health stability evaluation system,found out the causes of the system problems in a more intuitive way,and formulated targeted prevention and supplement measures,so as to improve the ratio of supply and demand air in the roadway to serve the rapid excavation of the roadway.
