摘 要:堆料机在高强度、长时间运行下,钢结构易出现应力集中,导致结构疲劳并产生潜在故障。基于ANSYS有限元仿真,设计了堆料机钢结构在线监测系统,对主要工况下的应力分布进行分析,识别结构薄弱环节并确定关键监测点位置。该系统通过光纤光栅传感器,实现对关键部位的应力实时监测,并结合数据采集网络和数据库系统,实现实时数据存储和可视化,可为堆料机的安全运行及维护管理提供技术支持。Under the high strength and long time operation of the stacker,the steel structure was prone to stress concentration,resulting in structural fatigue and potential failure.Based on ANSYS finite element simulation,an online monitoring system for the steel structure of the stacker was designed to analyze the stress distribution under the main working conditions,identify the weak links of the structure and determine the location of the key monitoring points.By using the fiber grating sensors,the system realized real-time stress monitoring of key parts,and realized real-time data storage and visualization in combination with data acquisition network and database system,which could provide technical support for the safe operation and maintenance management of the stacker.
