心理资本理论在罪犯改造中的应用

摘　　要：罪犯心理资本是一种综合的积极心理品质和心理资源,是罪犯服刑改造过程中表现出来的一种积极心理状态。罪犯心理资本决定着罪犯服刑改造的性质和发展方向,具有投资和收益的特性。对自我效能、希望、乐观和韧性四大要素的开发和投资,具有恢复自我价值、开发心理资源、建构心理功能、提升改造绩效等价值。因此,提升罪犯改造的自我效能感,培育罪犯改造的乐观情绪,让罪犯在希望中改造,使罪犯在服刑改造中保持自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态,才能增强罪犯服刑改造的韧性,保持持久的改造热情和精力,才能促进罪犯的改造绩效。The psychological capital of criminals is a comprehensive positive psychological quality and psychological resource,representing a positive psychological state demonstrated during the process of criminals'serving sentences and undergoing rehabilitation.The psychological capital of criminals determines the nature and development direction of their rehabilitation during imprisonment and has the characteristics of investment and return.The development and investment in the four major elements of self-efficacy,hope,optimism,and resilience are of great value in restoring self-worth,developing psychological resources,constructing psychological functions,and improving rehabilitation performance.Therefore,by enhancing criminals'sense of self-efficacy in rehabilitation,cultivating their optimistic emotions,enabling them to rehabilitate with hope,and helping them maintain a social mentality of self-esteem,self-confidence,rationality,equanimity,and positivity during their imprisonment,we can strengthen their resilience in rehabilitation,maintain their long-lasting enthusiasm and energy for rehabilitation,and thus promote their rehabilitation performance.
