摘　　要：罪犯心理分析内容包括健康心理、不健康心理与异常心理、犯罪心理等三个部分,三个心理内容一定程度上存在“你进我退”的关系。罪犯心理分析应当收集罪犯的现时资料与历史资料。收集资料的方法主要有测验法、观察法、调查法、犯罪事实分析法以及采用现代科学技术手段收集资料等。运用访谈法收集资料要遵循两个框架。资料收集方法与不同心理内容之间存在对应关系。罪犯心理分析可按通用模型与专用模型来进行。The content of criminal psychological analysis includes three parts: healthy psychology,unhealthy and abnormal psychology, and criminal psychology. To some extent, there is a relationship of “one advances as the other retreats” among these three psychological aspects. For criminal psychological analysis, current and historical data of criminals should be collected. The main methods of data collection include the test method, the observation method, the survey method, the criminal fact analysis method, and the use of modern scientific and technological means. When using the interview method to collect data, two frameworks should be followed. There is a corresponding relationship between the data collection methods and different psychological contents. Criminal psychological analysis can be carried out according to the general model and the specific model.
