摘　　要：农村集体资产作为农村经济发展的关键物质要素,其管理制度改革对维护农民权益、推动农村经济繁荣及保障社会稳定具有举足轻重的作用。围绕农村集体资产管理制度改革展开全面探究,深入分析现存问题及其法律成因,并据此提出切实可行的改进方向,促进农村经济社会迈向高质量发展新阶段。同时,从明确法律地位、完善产权界定、健全管理体系、规范市场运作以及强化监督机制等方面入手,探讨如何构建科学合理、符合法治精神的农村集体资产管理制度,实现农村集体资产的保值增值和可持续发展。Rural collective assets,as a crucial material element for rural economic development,the reform of their management system plays a vital role in safeguarding the rights and interests of farmers,promoting rural economic prosperity,and ensuring social stability.This paper conducts a comprehensive exploration of the reform of the rural collective asset management system,deeply analyzes the existing problems and their legal causes,and accordingly proposes practical improvement directions to promote the rural economy and society to a new stage of high-quality development.At the same time,starting from clarifying the legal status,improving property rights definition,perfecting the management system,standardizing market operations,and strengthening the supervision mechanism,this paper explores how to construct a scientific,reasonable,and law-abiding rural collective asset management system to realize the preservation,appreciation,and sustainable development of rural collective assets.
