论OBE理念下商务英语专业“岗课赛证”培养模式:问题、价值与融通路径

摘  要:在全球化和数字化背景下,传统商务英语人才培养模式难以满足市场需求,基于OBE理念的“岗课赛证”四位一体人才培养模式应运而生。该创新模式具有多方面价值,能提升人才培养与市场需求的契合度,促进学生综合素质全面提升,推动教育教学改革与创新,增强高等教育的社会认可度。实现该模式融通的路径包括岗课融通,如基于岗位需求重构课程体系、引入企业真实项目进课堂;课证融通,将课程内容与证书标准对接,实现证书培训与课程教学融合;赛课融通,以赛促教优化课程教学内容,赛教结合提升学生实践能力;赛证融通,把证书内涵融入大赛考核标准。高校应深化该模式的实践探索,提升商务英语专业教育教学质量,以适应市场需求。In the context of globalization and digitalization,the traditional training of business English talents can no longer meet the changes and demands of the market.This paper discusses the talent cultivation model of Business English majors based on the OBE concept,which integrates four aspects,namely,vocational positions,curriculum learning,competition activities and vocational certification,to form a comprehensive educational framework.The paper analyzes the practical problems encountered in the implementation of this model and discusses its potential value in enhancing education quality,promoting students'all-round growth,facilitating pedagogical innovation,and improving social recognition.The paper also describes in detail how to realize the combination of job and curriculum,the integration of curriculum and certification,the integration of competition and curriculum,and the synergy of competition and certification,aiming to provide new ideas for cultivating talents with composite skills in the field of business English education.
