摘  要:针对水下结构榫眼空腔结构,进行模拟灌浆试验。模拟试验需提前预制好缩尺模具,在标准模具的基础上改装水下浇筑模具,定制注浆导管、玻璃顶盖与橡胶止水垫,保证注浆质量,高度还原现场浇灌细石自密实混凝土。灌浆料选用普通砂和标准砂、不同粒径石子、絮凝剂的添加量等进行配比优选。对新拌合好的灌浆料进行坍落拓展度试验,将不同配比的灌浆料制作成的标准立方体试块,放置不同养护条件,一组放入标准养护室,一组放在水下进行养护,形成对照组。采用万能试验机分别对养护时间7 d、14 d、28 d不同组别的试块进行抗压强度试验及分析,优选出流动性较好、抗分散性能较好、抗压强度较高的细石自密实混凝土。研究结论可为实际工程节约成本,减少污染,提高效益。Simulation grouting experiments were conducted for underwater structure mortise cavities.The simulation required prefabricated scaled molds,modified underwater pouring molds based on standard molds,and customized grouting conduits,glass covers,and rubber waterstop pads to ensure grouting quality and accurately replicate on-site pouring of fineaggregate self-compacting concrete.The grouting materials were optimized by varying the proportions of ordinary sand,standard sand,aggregates of different particle sizes,and flocculant additives.Slump flow tests were performed on freshly mixed grouting materials,and standard cubic specimens made from different mix ratios were subjected to different curing conditions:one group in a standard curing room and another underwater,forming a control group.A universal testing machine was used to conduct compressive strength tests and analysis on specimens cured for 7d,14d,and 28d.The study identified fine-aggregate self-compacting concrete with superior flowability,anti-dispersion properties,and compressive strength,offering cost savings,reduced pollution,and improved efficiency for practical engineering applications.
