摘 要:以非洲某水电站厂房为研究对象,探讨不同分缝和结构布置形式条件下水电站厂房整体和局部的动力特性。通过建立三维有限元模型,考虑厂房各部位结构的实际尺寸和材料参数,将活荷载、水土压力等外部荷载模拟为附加质量,分析结果显示,不同分缝边界条件对水电站厂房的自振特性有显著影响,研究还对比了厂房自振频率与可能引发共振的机组激振频率,以评估厂房与机组振源共振的可能性。1#机组段厂房结构的前三阶自振频率分别为45.72 Hz、49.00 Hz和52.05 Hz,而2#~3#机组段厂房结构的前三阶自振频率分别为68.10 Hz、87.04 Hz和90.00 Hz,表明不分缝的2#~3#机组段的自振频率较1#机组段有明显提高,反映出整体刚度的增强;1#~3#机组段机墩风罩首阶自振频率分别为43.22 Hz、55.91 Hz和65.73 Hz,厂左至厂右自振频率依次提高,主要原因为受机组结构不同布置形式的影响。研究结果可为水电站厂房的设计及振动分析提供参考。Taking the powerhouse of a hydropower station in Africa as the research object,this study explores the global and local dynamic characteristics of the powerhouse under different joint and structural layout conditions.A threedimensional finite element model was established,considering the actual dimensions and material parameters of various parts of the powerhouse.External loads such as live loads,water pressure,and soil pressure were simulated as additional mass.The analysis results show that different joint boundary conditions significantly affect the natural vibration characteristics of the powerhouse.The study also compares the natural frequencies of the powerhouse with the excitation frequencies of the units that may induce resonance to assess the possibility of resonance between the powerhouse and the unit vibration sources.The first three natural frequencies of the powerhouse structure for Unit 1 are 45.72 Hz,49.00 Hz,and 52.05 Hz,while those for Units 2-3 are 68.10 Hz,87.04 Hz,and 90.00 Hz,respectively.This indicates that the natural frequencies of the nonjointed Units 2-3 are significantly higher than those of Unit 1,reflecting an enhancement in overall stiffness.The first natural frequencies of the unit pier and wind shield for Units 1-3 are 43.22 Hz,55.91 Hz,and 65.73 Hz,respectively,showing an increasing trend from the left to the right side of the powerhouse,primarily due to the influence of different unit structural layouts.The findings of this study can provide a reference for the design and vibration analysis of hydropower station powerhouses.
