摘 要:2020年主汛期,长江支流浠水流域经历了长达43天的超长梅雨期,连续遭遇9轮强降雨袭击,造成流域内水库、河流水位暴涨,流域内白莲河水库自建成以来首次开启10孔泄洪,造成了流域性洪涝灾害。为了发现潜在的风险和机会,从多角度审视问题,以浠水流域“2020.7.6”暴雨,采用FFMS软件构建白莲河水库以上区域小流域分布式水文模型。利用水文水动力模型开展暴雨洪水过程复盘推演,分析浠水流域“2020.7.6”暴雨过程及白莲河水库10孔全开泄洪对下游的影响,复盘推演成果与暴雨洪水设计值、实测特征值及历史上4场次极端暴雨对比是相符合的,未超误差范围。复盘推演成果可为今后的流域防洪调度、防灾减灾提供科学支撑依据。In the main flood season of 2020,the Xishui River Basin,a tributary of the Yangtze River,experienced an ultra-long Meiyu period of 43 days,and suffered nine consecutive rounds of heavy rainfall attacks,resulting in a sharp rise in the water level of reservoirs and rivers in the basin.The Bailian River Reservoir in the basin has opened 10 holes for flood discharge for the first time since its completion,resulting in basin flood disasters.In order to find potential risks and opportunities,the problem is examined from multiple perspectives.The'2020.7.6'rainstorm in the Xishui River Basin is used to construct a distributed hydrological model of the small watershed above the Bailianhe Reservoir by using FFMS software.The hydrological and hydrodynamic model is used to carry out the re-disc deduction of rainstorm flood process,and the influence of the'2020.7.6'rainstorm process in Xishui River Basin and the full-opening flood discharge of 10 holes in Bailianhe Reservoir on the downstream is analyzed.The results of re-disc deduction are consistent with the design value of rainstorm flood,the measured characteristic value and the comparison of four extreme rainstorms in history,and the error range is not exceeded.The results can provide scientific support for future flood control operation,disaster prevention and mitigation.
