摘 要:灌区水资源优化调度问题在如今备受关注,有效调度对于提高农业生产效率、确保粮食安全以及保护生态环境具有重要意义。为解决灌区水资源优化调度问题,综合考虑以最大化灌溉面积和最大化农作物产量作为优化目标,建立灌区水资源多目标优化调度模型,提出一种改进的灰狼多目标优化算法对优化模型进行求解,针对传统灰狼算法在全局搜索能力和避免陷入局部最优解方面的局限性,提出混合交叉搜索策略和动态权重搜索策略。实验结果表明,该算法相较于传统灰狼算法和遗传算法在灌区水资源优化调度问题上表现出更好的性能和优越性。The optimal allocation of water resources in irrigation districts has drawn significant attention nowadays.Effective allocation is of great significance for improving agricultural production efficiency,ensuring food security,and protecting the ecological environment.To address the optimal allocation of water resources in irrigation districts,this study comprehensively considers maximizing the irrigated area and maximizing crop yields as optimization objectives,establishes a multi-objective optimal allocation model for water resources in irrigation districts,and proposes an improved grey wolf multiobjective optimization algorithm to solve the optimization model.In view of the limitations of the traditional grey wolf algorithm in terms of global search ability and avoiding being trapped in local optimal solutions,a hybrid crossover search strategy and a dynamic weight search strategy are proposed.The experimental results show that this algorithm exhibits better performance and superiority compared with the traditional grey wolf algorithm and genetic algorithm in the problem of optimal allocation of water resources in irrigation districts.
