艾丁湖大河沿水库至塔尔朗生态引水工程设计方案探析

摘　　要：为保障高昌区城区、大河沿镇城镇综合用水,满足灌区灌溉及生活用水需求,提升重点园区生产建设用水能力,同时向艾丁湖生态区积极补水,维护区域水生态安全,规划建设大河沿水库至塔尔朗生态引水工程。基于流域概况与气象水文特征,以及项目整体规划、供水现状,对项目区需水量进行分析计算,在供需平衡和径流调节计算的基础上,提出工程总体布置方案。该方案可为相似地区同类工程提供设计参考。In order to ensure the comprehensive water use in the urban area of Gaochang District and Daheyan Town,meet the irrigation and domestic water demands in the irrigation area,enhance the water supply capacity for production and construction in key parks,actively replenish water to the ecological area of Aiding Lake,and maintain the regional water ecological security,the ecological water diversion project from Daheyan Reservoir to Ta'erlang is planned and constructed.Based on the description of the basin overview,meteorological and hydrological characteristics,as well as the overall project planning and current water supply situation,the water demand in the project area is analyzed and calculated.On the basis of the water supply-demand balance and runoff regulation calculation,the overall project layout scheme is proposed.This scheme can provide a design reference for similar projects in similar regions.
