摘 要:本文设计了一款加载零折射率超表面结构的小型化天线,为实现微带天线增益的提高,采用微带天线与近零折射率超表面平行组合,天线与超表面之间的支撑柱采用聚乙烯塑料层板,可以保持良好的聚束效果。首先设计了一款工作在25 GHz的曲折八木天线,以实现天线的小型化,尺寸为0.42λ_(0)×0.43λ_(0),实现最大增益为5.6 dB,其次通过加载双层近零折射率超表面实现波束的聚束,实现天线增益提高到8.7 dB,半功率波束在E面和H面上分别减少了70°和65°。经过实测的研究结果表明,该天线工作频段内最大增益达到8.36 dB,增益最大提高3.21 dB。实测结果与仿真结果匹配良好,总体设计可用于5G高频段。This article designs a miniaturized antenna with a zero refractive index metasurface structure.In order to improve the gain of microstrip antennas,a parallel combination of microstrip antennas and near zero refractive index metasurfaces is used.The support column between the antenna and the metasurface is made of polyethylene plastic laminates,which can maintain good beam focusing effect.Firstly,a zigzag Yagi antenna operating at 25GHz is designed to achieve the miniaturization of the antenna,the size is 0.42λ_0×0.43λ_0,and the maximum gain is 5.6dB.Secondly,the beam bunching is realized by loading a double-layer near-zero index metasurface,and the antenna gain is increased to 8.7dB.The half-power beamwidth has decreased by 70°on the E-plane and 65°on the H-plane.The experimental research results show that the maximum gain of the antenna in the operating frequency band reaches 8.36dB,with a maximum increase of 3.21dB in gain.The measured results match well with the simulation results,and the overall design can be used in 5G high-frequency band.
