摘 要:为了客观评价智慧电厂的建设效果,提出了一种基于模糊层次分析法的智慧电厂建设效果评估方法,通过征求智慧电厂领域相关专家的意见,筛选出4个一级评价指标和17个二级评价,利用层次分析法计算各指标权重,并采用三角形隶属函数确定各指标的隶属度。采用实际建设的智慧电厂进行算例分析,计算结果表明,该智慧电厂建设效果评估结果的综合得分为79.157 5,对应评价等级为优秀,整体而言,该智慧电厂的建设效果较好,但在业务互联建设方面还有待进一步提高。In order to objectively evaluate the construction effect of smart power plants,a method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is proposed.By soliciting opinions from relevant experts in the field of smart power plants,4 primary evaluation indicators and 17 secondary evaluations are selected.The weights of each indicator are calculated using AHP,and the membership degree of each indicator is determined using a triangular membership function.Using the actual construction of a smart power plant for example analysis,the calculation results show that the comprehensive score of the evaluation of the construction effect of the smart power plant is 79.157 5,corresponding to an excellent evaluation level.Overall,the construction effect of the smart power plant is good,but further improvement is needed in the construction of business interconnection.
