摘  要:为了提高对长跑运动员核心耐力的监测能力,提出基于可穿戴设备的长跑运动员核心耐力自动化训练方法。利用无线传感监测技术构建长跑运动员可穿戴设备传感网络分布模型。通过动态监测模型和三层组网结构实现对长跑运动员核心耐力的监测;利用传感网络分布模型监测体能指标,并建立指标分析模型,提取出能够反映指标变化趋势的动态参数。基于动态参数收集不同耐力等级的运动员的核心耐力监测特征,使用多尺度特征融合方案将核心耐力监测特征与运动员状态相关的特征相结合,根据历史数据或专家知识,设定特定的阈值。比较融合特征值与这些阈值的关系,来判断运动员的耐力水平是否达到预期水平,以此调整训练计划。测试得知,采用该方法进行运动员核心耐力自动化监测的可靠性较高,覆盖误差最低为0.01,时间延迟最短为0.1 s,能有效指导长跑运动员核心耐力自动化训练。In order to improve the monitoring ability of core endurance of long-distance runners,an automated training method for core endurance of long-distance runners based on wearable devices is proposed.The sensor network distribution model of wearable devices for long-distance runners was constructed by using wireless sensor monitoring technology.The core endurance of long-distance runners is monitored by dynamic monitoring model and three-layer network structure.The sensor network distribution model is used to monitor the physical fitness index,and the index analysis model is established to extract the dynamic parameters that can reflect the change trend of the index.The core endurance monitoring characteristics of athletes of different endurance levels are collected based on dynamic parameters,and the multi-scale feature fusion scheme is used to combine the core endurance monitoring characteristics with the characteristics related to the athlete's state,and a specific threshold is set according to historical data or expert knowledge.By comparing the relationship between the fusion characteristic values and these thresholds,we can judge whether the endurance level of athletes reaches the expected level and adjust the training plan.The test results show that the automatic monitoring of athletes' core endurance using this method has high reliability,the minimum coverage error is 0.01,the shortest time delay is 0.1 s,and it can effectively guide the automatic training of long-distance runners' core endurance.
