摘 要:针对目前干燥系统中存在的干燥效率低下、干燥质量不佳与智能化水平不足等问题,设计一套太阳能干燥系统及其远程监控系统。太阳能干燥系统采用太阳能作为主要热源,配备蓄热水箱与辅助电加热系统,以提高系统对于不同环境条件的适应性,进而确保干燥过程的连续性和稳定性。控制系统核心采用西门子S7-1200 PLC,设置传感器在关键节点采集数据,上位机选用威纶通TK8072ip触摸屏,通过EasyAccesses2.0实现远程监控。此外,系统加入模糊PI控制算法,优化了动态响应,确保干燥过程稳定维持在设定温度范围内,提高农产品干燥质量。仿真与实测结果表明,系统能够稳定安全运行,模糊PI控制算法提升了响应速度与控制精度,增强了系统稳定性,满足不同农作物恒温干燥的需求,具有较高的实际应用价值和广泛的市场应用前景。To address the current issues of low drying efficiency,poor drying quality and insufficient level of intelligence in drying systems,a solar drying system and its remote monitoring system are designed.The system uses solar energy as the main heat source and is equipped with a thermal storage tank and an auxiliary electric heating system to enhance the system's adaptability to different environmental conditions,ensuring the continuity and stability in the drying process.The control system core adopts the Siemens S7-1200 PLC,with sensors deployed at key nodes to collect data,and the upper computer selects the Weintek TK8072ip touch screen,enabling remote monitoring through EasyAccesses2.0.In addition,the system incorporates a fuzzy PI control algorithm,which optimizes dynamic response,ensuring that the drying process is stably maintained within the set temperature range,thereby improving the quality of dried agricultural products.According to the simulation and actual results,it is shown that the system can be operated stably and safely,while the fuzzy PI control algorithm enhancing response speed and control precision,thereby increasing system stability.This system meets the needs of different crops for constant temperature drying,and has high practical application value and broad market prospects.
