摘 要:空气净化系统是医院不可或缺的核心部分,医院的空气质量直接关系到患者的健康和安全。为了实现更高效的灭菌效果,研究设计了一种新型低温等离子体灭菌器,将其集成到医院的空气净化系统中。同时,采用可编程逻辑控制器对灭菌器进行智能控制,确保其运行的稳定性和可靠性。结果表明,该新型设备在离子浓度为2.4×10^(11)/m^(3)时,开启设备7 s以上灭菌效果为最佳,灭菌率达到82.5%以上。新型设备在安装后对净化系统的压降影响不大,证明了新设备在净化系统中的应用可行性。该设备在医疗净化系统中的应用,不仅提高了灭菌效果,还增强了系统的智能化和自动化水平。这为低温等离子体技术在空气净化的实际应用提供了可靠的理论支持。The air purification system is an indispensable core part of hospitals,and the air quality in hospitals is directly related to the health and safety of patients.In order to achieve more efficient sterilization,a new type of low-temperature plasma sterilizer has been designed and integrated into the hospital's air purification system.At the same time,a programmable logic controller is used to intelligently control the sterilizer,ensuring its stability and reliability in operation.The results showed that the new device had the best sterilization effect when the ion concentration was 2.4×10~(11)/m~3 and the device was turned on for more than 7 seconds,with a sterilization rate of over 82.5%.The new equipment has little impact on the pressure drop of the purification system after installation,proving the feasibility of its application in the purification system.The application of this device in medical purification systems not only improves sterilization efficiency,but also enhances the intelligence and automation level of the system.This provides reliable theoretical support for the practical application of low-temperature plasma technology in air purification.
