摘 要:源荷不确定性对有源配电网故障恢复有很大的影响,研究提出了一种计及源荷不确定性的有源配电网动态故障恢复方法,考虑引入光伏出力和负荷预测的数学期望值模型分析源荷不确定性,然后基于约束规划数学模型提出故障恢复策略。结果显示,研究方法的目标日总网损分别为2 861 kW、2 363 kW、1 988 kW;研究的故障恢复方案配电网的恢复时间最短,为10 h,关键负荷恢复比例为100%,经济效益最大,为549 552.9元;研究提出的场景三的网损最低为44 kW,最高为118 kW,相差74 kW,相比于场景一和场景二,研究的场景三将网损分别降低了30.51%、15.87%。可见研究提出方法对有源配电网能够有效降低网络功率损耗,提高了故障恢复的可靠性和经济性。The uncertainty of source load has a significant impact on the fault recovery of active distribution networks.A dynamic fault recovery method for active distribution networks that takes into account the uncertainty of source load is proposed in this study.The results show that the target daily total network losses of the research method are 2 861 kW,2 363 kW,and 1 988 kW,respectively.The fault recovery plan studied has the shortest recovery time for the distribution network,which is 10 hours.The critical load recovery ratio is 100%,and the economic benefit is the highest,which is 549 552.9 yuan.The lowest network loss in scenario three proposed by the study is 44 kW,and the highest is 118 kW,with a difference of 74 kW.Compared with scenario one and scenario two,scenario three reduced the network loss by 30.51% and 15.87%,respectively.It can be seen that the proposed methods in active distribution networks can effectively reduce network power losses,improve the reliability and economy of fault recovery.
