摘　　要：为解决配网检修优化问题,提出了考虑不停电作业方案的配网检修策略优化模型。分析了配电网不停电作业方案以及不停电作业方案对配网检修策略的影响。分析了模型的整体研究思路,提出了多目标优化模型,优化检修停电负荷以及负荷转移造成的网损,将不停电作业路径约束考虑到约束条件中,提出了改进遗传算法进行求解,在33节点系统中进行仿真,针对不同的检修场景进行论证,验证了提出模型和算法的有效性。To address the optimization problem of distribution network maintenance,an optimization model for distribution network maintenance strategy considering non-power-off operation schemes is proposed.This analysis examines the impact of non-power-off operation schemes on distribution network maintenance strategy.The research approach of the model is analyzed,a multi-objective optimization model is proposed to optimize maintenance power-off loads and the network loss caused by load transfer.The constraints of non-power-off operation paths are integrated into the constraint conditions.An improved genetic algorithm is proposed for solving,simulating on a 33-node system,demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm for different maintenance scenarios.
