摘 要:针对当前电网低频减载方案无法跟踪电网负荷变化,存在过切、欠切和误切负荷的问题,提出了一种用于实现低频减载投运完成率越限校正控制的切荷量调整分配算法,研发了基于调度控制系统保护压板远方操作功能的低频减载切荷量在线调整技术。该技术已在国内某地区电网投入应用,有效保证了电网各运行时段对低频减载切荷量的控制要求。This article proposes an adjustment and allocation algorithm for load shedding amount of low-frequency load shedding in power grid,aimed at addressing the issues of over-shedding,under-shedding and mis-shedding loads caused by the inability of low-frequency load shedding scheme to track changes in grid load.The algorithm is used to achieve the correction control of the completion rate of low-frequency load shedding exceeding the limit,and an online adjustment technology for load shedding amount of low-frequency load shedding based on the remote operation function of the protection pressure plate in the dispatch control system is developed.This technology has been put into practical application in a certain regional power grid,effectively ensuring the control requirements for load shedding amount of low-frequency load shedding during various operating periods of the power grid.
