艾司唑仑联合认知行为治疗对精神分裂症合并睡眠障碍的疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析艾司唑仑联合认知行为治疗对精神分裂症睡眠障碍的疗效。方法:选取2023年7月至2024年7月南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院收治的精神分裂症睡眠障碍患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采用艾司唑仑治疗,观察组采用联合认知行为治疗,比较临床疗效。结果:观察组的日间功能、催眠药物、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠质量和总分均明显低于对照组;持续操作、视觉记忆、言语记忆、语意流畅和情绪管理评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予精神分裂症睡眠障碍患者联合认知行为治疗,能提高睡眠质量,提升认知,具有推广价值。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Estazolam+cognitive behavioral therapy in treating sleep disorders in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 68 patients with schizophrenia-related sleep disorders admitted to Wuxi People′s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 34 patients in each group.The control group received estazolam treatment,while the observation group received combined cognitive behavioral therapy.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The daytime function,hypnotic drugs,sleep disorders,sleep efficiency,sleep duration,sleep latency,sleep quality,and total score were all significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.Meanwhile,their scores in continuous performance,visual memory,verbal memory,semantic fluency,and emotional management scores were all significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing combined cognitive behavioral therapy to patients with schizophrenia-related sleep disorders can improve sleep quality and enhance cognitive function,demonstrating significant value for broader application.
